DMCA Policy

Note: This page is a general template describing a standard DMCA notice-and-takedown process. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Independent legal review is recommended, along with registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Subscribe IPTV keeps subscribing simple, and we aim for the same with copyright. Here is how rights holders can report infringement and how we respond.
Not through the order form
The order form is only for purchasing a subscription, and messages sent through it are not reviewed as legal notices. Send DMCA notices by email as described on this page. Accounts terminated for repeat infringement are not eligible for a refund — see our Refund Policy.
Required information
Incomplete notices slow everything down, because we have to come back and ask for what is missing. A complete notice includes:
- Your contact details — name, address, phone, and email
- The copyrighted work at issue, described clearly enough to identify it
- The specific material you want removed or disabled, and where it can be found
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Notices missing one or more of these elements may not be treated as valid under the DMCA.
Submitting a notice
All copyright notices go to support@subscribeiptv.org. Mark the subject line "Copyright / DMCA" so it is handled by the right person. You may also reach us through the Contact page, but email keeps a clearer record for both sides.
What happens after we receive a notice
We review every complete notice promptly. If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material and, where possible, let the affected user know so they have the opportunity to respond.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice
We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, the material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.
Please don't send false claims
Section 512(f) of the DMCA makes people who knowingly misrepresent infringement (or mistaken removal) liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Fair use and licensed use are not infringement, so please consider them before filing.
Repeat infringers
Using Subscribe IPTV to repeatedly infringe copyright breaches our Terms of Use, and accounts doing so may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
